With a history spanning millennia, meditation stands as a means to reconnect with the innate wisdom of the body. Extensive research studies have highlighted meditation's effectiveness in promoting stress management and emotional stability.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
In 2 classes, you will learn the fundamentals of meditation at home and how to use a universal mantra associated with the breath:
First Class - I will introduce you to the basic principles of meditation, its history and the importance of a regular meditation practice. I will answer questions and give tips on how to integrate meditation and breathing techniques into your daily routine.
Second Class - You will learn about the basics of primordial sounds and breathing techniques. In the second half of this session, you will meditate with me using a universal pranic mantra.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
This course is recommended for those who wish to enjoy deeper peace, greater freedom, and mastery of life. I do not recommend this course if you are recovering from surgery or are pregnant.
You can book this course individually or in group.
